Low Carb Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
A sugar and gluten free, one carb per cookie recipe for low carb double chocolate chip cookies!

- 0.5 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 0.25 cups Coconut Oil melted
- 10 drops Liquid Stevia
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 0.5 cups Golden Flaxseed Flour
- 0.25 cups Cocoa
- 0.25 cups Powdered Sweetener such as swerve
- 0.25 teaspoons Salt
- 0.25 cups Coconut Flakes Unsweetened
- 2.5 ounces 90% Dark Chocolate if using the lindt 90% dark chocolate, about four squares
Mix wet
Mix dry
Mix wet INTO dry, stir thoroughly
Line baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with non stick cooking spray
Roll about a tablespoon of dough and flatten with palm onto sheet
Bake for 12 minutes
Remove and let cool
