Heat up pan and add cooking oil of choice (my current obsession is avocado oil, due to it's tastelessness and high smoke point)
Finely mince garlic and shallots, add to pan (use this time to prep carrots and ginger)
Add carrots and ginger to pan, allow to cook for a bit (use this time to prep bell pepper and zucchini)
Add bell pepper and zucchini to pan, cook until softening (use this time to get the rest of the ingredients ready, such as chopping up the meat and cracking the eggs into a bowl to whisk)
Add cauliflower rice and walnuts, cook until softened to personal preference
Add meat and soy sauce, stir to blend tastes
Push cooking food to the side and cook the eggs in the side of the pan- once mostly cooked, mix in with the rest of the food
Taste and adjust seasoning to personal preference (such as soy sauce, any additional spices, salt and pepper)
